To celebrate Reptile Awareness Day on October 21, 2017 Anderson Craft Ales is donating the proceeds of all beer sold at their taproom to the Thames Talbot Land Trust! Drink beer and help conserve habitat for turtles and other reptiles!
Green Drinks is back in London and we are hosting our next event at the London Brewing Co-operative on Thursday August 10th from 6pm-9pm. The London Environmental Network is planning to host Green Drinks every 2 months for 2017 (Next event will be in October).
The feature speaker will be Paul van der Werf, current President of London-Ontario-based 2cg Inc. He has been involved in the business of waste prevention and diversion for the last 20 years. A recognized organic waste and composting expert he has in recent years delved into the business of recycling and sustainability planning. Paul is a writer, speaker, consultant, and PhD candidate working to reduce food waste. Paul will be speaking his work and the work being done on food waste in London.
